We build mining equipment such as 5-ton ANFO trucks, and we rebuild worn undercarriage and structural components and machine them back to size — in our workshop or on site with portable line boring — to get your dozers and excavators back to work.

On-site Line Boring – XBore Portable Line Boring Machine
Worn or oval bores on excavator booms, swing housings, dozer track frames and idler hubs no longer need to travel to a workshop. We set up the XBore portable line boring machine directly on the component – on site or in our Balikpapan workshop – and machine the bore back to size, so your equipment returns to production faster.
- Bore diameter Ø25 mm up to Ø1,000 mm
- Boring bar length 1,500 – 2,500 mm (extensions optional)
- Speed 0 – 240 rpm, infinitely variable; power feed in both directions
- Set-up in about 30 minutes; facing and grooving head available

5-Ton ANFO Truck – Manufactured for Mine-Site Blasting
We manufacture 5-ton ANFO trucks for transporting and delivering ammonium nitrate fuel oil (ANFO) to the blast pattern. The body is built on an all-terrain chassis for rough haul roads and pit floors, with fire-resistant construction and secure loading mechanisms for safe handling of explosive materials.

ANE Transport Tanks – Mine-Site Explosives Logistics
Skid-style tanks for transporting ammonium nitrate emulsion (ANE), fabricated in Balikpapan and designed for safe lifting and handling. Available in 2-tonne and 4.5-tonne capacities, with lifting pad eyes, forklift pockets and corner locks for secure transport.
