- Enquiry and quotation details: product requirements, delivery location, and any drawings, datasheets or photos you attach.
- Job applications: CVs and supporting documents sent to our HR email.
- Basic technical data our web server logs automatically (IP address, browser type, pages visited) for security and troubleshooting.
The Request a Quote page does not store anything on this website. It only prepares an email in your own email program, which you choose whether to send.
3. Why we use it
- To answer enquiries and prepare quotations, orders and deliveries.
- To manage our contracts, quality records and after-sales support.
- To assess job applications.
- To keep this website secure.
We do not sell personal data and do not use it for third-party advertising.
4. Technical drawings and client documents
Drawings, specifications and other technical documents you send are used only to quote, manufacture, inspect and support the requested work. Access is limited to the staff who need them, and they are not shared outside the group except with subcontractors or inspection bodies needed for your order.

Personal data may be shared between the three group companies to serve your enquiry from the nearest office, and with service providers who host our website and email. We disclose data to authorities only when the law requires it.

We keep enquiry, quotation and order records for as long as needed for the business purpose and for the record-keeping periods required by law and by our quality management system. Job applications that do not lead to employment are deleted when no longer needed.
