Quality Policy

PT. Gazali Bawavi Borneo (PT. GBB) is a service company providing remanufacture and manufacture of equipment to oil and gas exploration industry. It is our policy to carry out all work to meet the requirements of Customer Requirements, Product Specification Standard, and Regulations. To meet these requirements PT.GBB has implemented Quality Management System developed according to the International Standard ISO 9001:2015 and API Q1 10th Edition requirements.

PT. GBB Management shall ensure that customer requirements are determined and fully met, with the aim of enhancing customer satisfaction through continual improvement and monitoring of information relating to customer perception of the company’s performance. To achieve this high quality objective the management is committed to provide reliable resources for the continuous improvement and effectiveness of the Quality Management System. This framework allows the management to constantly review the quality objectives that have been set by management and the effectiveness of Quality System Performance. These overall objectives are reviewed during the continual management review process and necessary decisions taken.

Total Quality is the responsibility of all employees of PT.GBB and the management is committed to ensure all them aware of the policies and procedures within the Quality System. They will therefore carry out all work in such a manner as to meet the Quality System Requirements. This policy is communicated to all employees, suppliers, and stakeholders, and is publicly available upon request. This Quality Policy is shared with suppliers, contractors, and customers to ensure alignment with our QMS requirements
